A grand jury has handed up a murder indictment for a Rochester man arrested last month for the deadly shooting of a city teenager.
Police say 27-year-old Reign Tapiato shot 16-year-old Jakarah Lopez-Moore in the head, just hours after she left her Weld Street home last August.
Jakarah's body was found in some woods by people fishing on the city's west side in October.
Police have said the two were acquaintances.
