A Rochester man has been found guilty in a homicide in the city's Maplewood neighborhood.
Charles Holley was convicted today of 2nd-degree murder and 2 gun crimes.
Prosecutors say he gunned down 29-year-old Devon Wilburn in March 2021 at the corner of Dewey and Magee Avenues.
During the trial, prosecutors played security camera video from a corner store that showed Wilburn being shot.
At the time of the shooting, Holley was on parole for a robbery conviction.
Holley will be sentenced on March 26th.
