Investigators say a Macedon man was driving drunk and without a license in a head-on crash on East Jefferson Road in Perinton.
It happened around dinnertime last night near Thornell Road when deputies say Elvin Tablada crossed the center line and hit an oncoming car.
Tablada was seriously injured, and the two adults and two children in the other car had minor injuries.
Tablada has a prior DWI conviction and is being charged with felony DWI.
