A repeat Ontario County sex offender is being held on bail, after his most recent arrest.
Paul Goodrell was arrested Friday and charged with public lewdness and endangering a child.
Deputies say he flashed a 7-year-old girl at a store in the Town of Canandaigua earlier this month.
Goodrell was arrested and freed on three consecutive days earlier this month, twice for similar incidents and once for violating his parole.
Goodrell's record of similar crimes spans 35 years. He was released on parole in July.
