A Rochester man will serve 20 years in prison, for shooting at a woman who had jumped out of his car.
38-year-old Ernest Hughey was found guilty of weapons charges in September.
Prosecutors say Huguey fired 4 shots at the woman in June of last year, following an argument.
None of the bullets struck the woman.
Hughey was later found with the gun, along with body armor and a pipe bomb.
