Rochester Man Convicted in Homicide Outside Clinton Baden Community Center

A jury has convicted a 29-year-old man in a shooting death outside the Clinton Baden Community Center on North Clinton Avenue.

Joshua Williams was found guilty of murder and gun crimes in the shooting death of Willie Wofford.

It happened in the early morning hours of July 5 last year.

Shots rang out during a party on the basketball court.

Wofford was killed and three people were wounded

Williams was arrested weeks later in South Carolina, and a parolee was charged with gun crimes.

Sentencing for Williams is set for December 8.
