The jury will weigh the fate of Kelvin Vickers for a 2nd day today.
They spent 5 hours deliberating yesterday.
Vickers is charged in the shooting death of Police Officer Tony Mazurkiewicz, and in the murders of two rival drug dealers the day before.
Monroe County District Attorney Sandra Doorley says there's no telling how long deliberations will last.
Defense Attorney Michael Schiano says the lengthy instructions to the jury may mean a lengthy deliberation.
The jury asked to have several pieces of testimony read back yesterday, and to again view a video compilation showing what happened at the time of the shootings.
