Webster police have arrested a man accused of recording people in a bathroom at an unnamed business.
Police learned last week that 28-year-old Christopher Murray used a cell phone to record a person using the bathroom.
Police have since learned of at least one other victim and are working to identify others.
Murray is charged with unlawful surveillance and tampering with physical evidence.
