State police have released the names of the victims of the deadly crash Saturday on 390 near Wayland.
The crash killed 3 people from the Philadelphia area: a 12-year-old boy named Alex Andrade, and a 40-year-old pregnant woman, Margarita Ramirez-Luna.
Her baby was born alive at Strong Hospital, but later died.
