UPDATE: Rochester Police Identify Victim in City's 13th Homicide

UPDATE: Rochester police have identified the victim in the city's latest homicide.

31-year-old James Huff the Fourth was shot several times just after midnight yesterday morning at Webster and Parsells avenues.

Police say he was walking on the sidewalk when someone drive by and opened fire.

Police also say they have no motive for the shooting, as Huff had no criminal history.

There are no arrests.

It happened just after midnight yesterday morning at Webster and Parsells avenues.

A man in his 30s was shot several times.

Officers on patrol nearby heard the gunfire and found the man.

He had been walking along Webster Avenue when he was shot.

His name has not been released.
