Main Street Armory Owner Speaks on Loss of Entertainment License

For the first time since the tragedy last Sunday at Rochester's Main Street Armory, we are hearing from the owner through his lawyers.

The statement from the Gallo & Iacovangelo says the Armory is confident that the investigation will determine it complied with all regulations and laws.

The statement also says the city denied the renewal of the Armory's entertainment license without hearing from Armory owner Scott Donaldson.

The law firm says Donaldson did not fail to appear at last Wednesday's meeting with the City. The firm says he asked for a postponement, which was not granted.

The City says the meeting had already been postponed once and it had a responsibility to move forward.
