Rochester Police have identified the 15-year-old who was shot last night on Peckham Street, and died at Rochester General Hospital.
Jamere Wade was with several other people who were trying to buy marijuana from a drug house on the street. He was shot while walking back to their car. His friends immediately drove him to Rochester General, but he died of his injuries shortly after being taken into surgery.
Police are asking anyone who was on Peckham Street about 8:45 last night to contact them and tell what they saw.
