The vaccine mandate for state health care workers has been put on hold.
A federal judge has granted a temporary injunction, citing the removal of a religious exemption.
That mandate was set to take effect on September 27th.
The judge has given the state Department of Health until next Wednesday to respond to the suit brought by a group of healthcare professionals.
