Monroe County Executive Adam Bello is calling on the Republicans in control of the County Legislature to call a special meeting and adopt measures holding Legislator Ernest Flagler-Mitchell accountable for his behavior.

Only some said their relationship was consensual.

Others said he paid their bills for them.
