The Monroe County Department of Public Health says anyone who attended a party last Saturday night at 221 Carling Road in Rochester's North Winton Village should immediately self-quarantine...and contact the Monroe County COVID-19 Hotline at (585)753-5555.
The party was attended by a college student who has tested positive for COVID-19. Students from multiple area colleges and universities were at the party, according to contact tracing information.
