One of Governor Cuomo's has talked to the special investigators.
The lawyer for Charlotte Bennett says her client detailed an alleged sexually hostile work environment while Bennett was an adviser to the governor.
Bennett claims Cuomo tried to create rivalries and tension among female staffers.
Bennett also said Cuomo had a "preoccupation with his hand size and what the large size of his hands indicated to Charlotte and other members of his staff."
Bennett is one of seven women claiming the governor sexually harassed her or acted inappropriately.
