Gov. Cuomo: Orange and Yellow Zone Restrictions Lifted Upstate

COVID restrictions are easing in New York State. Governor Cuomo says orange and yellow zone restrictions, including the orange zone restrictions in Monroe County have been lifted due to dropping positivity rates.

The restrictions were lifted statewide except for a few areas around NYC, which remain are under a yellow zone.

But The Governor's Office says we now operate under the Phase 4 limits statewide. For restaurants that means ten diners per table, capacity cannot exceed 50 percent and restaurants still must close at 10:00 for indoor dining.

Other restrictions include retail and personal care facilities operating at 50% capacity and gyms and fitness centers operating at 33% capacity.
