A Monroe County grand jury has handed up an indictment against a Greece man who was arrested for a deadly hit-and-run crash.
Thirty-one-year-old Christopher Moody is charged with second-degree manslaughter, vehicular manslaughter, leaving the scene, and driving while impaired
The crash December 11th killed 44-year-old Lisa Dambra. She was standing in a parking lot near Dewey Avenue and was struck when Moody's car jumped a curb.
Moody didn't stop and crashed into a house. He ran away, but was arrested minutes later.
