Greece has a new Acting Administrative Judge.
Justice Brett Granville will take over right away, and is expected to be confirmed on a permanent basis by the Town Board next month.
Longtime Greece Town Judge David Barry announced his resignation earlier this month.
The D&C reports the Greece Town Court will soon undergo a financial audit.
It's not clear what triggered the audit, nor whether Barry himself will come under scrutiny.
