The search is continuing near Waterloo for a person of interest in a homicide investigation in Oneida County.
The manhunt began yesterday after a chase ended near the Waterloo outlets. One man was caught, and the other remains at large.
The man was seen running toward the Thruway.
The search prompted a shelter-in-place order.
