Illegal Weapons Seized in Rochester

Rochester Police say an investigation into gunfire on Fernwood Avenue early this morning has led to a couple of illegal weapons arrests.

Police were called to the area of Fernwood Avenue and Clairmount Street for a report of gunshots. They found evidence of shots being fired by people who had gone into a house at 205 Fernwood. A search warrant was obtained and executed, and multiple guns were found.

Police charged 28-year-old Keith Madden of Rochester with criminal possession of a weapon. 22-year-old Autumn Madden was also charged with criminal possession of a firearm. Both will be arraigned in Rochester City Court.
