Rochester Police Make Arrest in Sander St. Homicide

Rochester police have arrested a city man in a homicide northeast of downtown.

Twenty-six-year-old Tory Aldridge is charged with second-degree murder in the March shooting death of Norris Jay.

The victim was gunned down in a home at 51 Sander Street, off Bay Street.

Police say the two men knew each other, but investigators are withholding details about the possible motive.
