VA Buys Over $200,000 Worth Of Hydroxychloroquine, Sen. Schumer Asks Why

Senator Chuck Schumer wants the Veterans Administration to explain whether it's testing drugs on veterans.

The New York Post is reporting that the VA has purchased $208,000 worth of hydroxychloroquine, which it may or may not be using.

Schumer says families -- have a right to know what's going on.

Hydroxychloroquine has shown promise in the fight against COVID-19, but the FDA has warned against using it outside of medical facilities or clinical trials, due to side effects.
