The area is getting a second Donuts Delite shop.
It will open by summer in the former Dog House at 674 West Ridge Road.
The franchisee at the Culver Road location is also the franchisee for the new site.
The building near the Eastman Business Park was purchased by Salvatore's pizza shop founder Salvatore "Soccer Sam" Fantauzzo.
He bought and reopened the original Donuts Delite location ten years ago.
