Town of Henrietta Looking to Settle Lawsuits Against Former Town Supervisor

The Town of Henrietta is looking to settle lawsuits claiming former Town Supervisor Jack Moore engaged in discriminatory conduct.

The lawsuits were brought by three town employees, and the settlement offer totals $320,000.

The plaintiffs have two weeks to decide whether to accept it.

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission found in 2017 that Moore used offensive language and retaliated against employees who complained.

In 2018, Moore was found guilty of harassing one of the plaintiffs, Scott Mangino, and was sentenced to community service.
