Rep. Chris Collins Pleads Not Guilty

Republican Congressman Chris Collins has pleaded not guilty to the revised charges stemming from his arrest for alleged insider trading.

The new indictment keeps only five of the original eight securities fraud counts from the original indictment... It also drops two of the original eight securities fraud charges against Collins' son, Cameron.

Congressman Collins says the procedure is all part of the due process.

Collins says he hasn't decided if he will be running for re-election, but he's confident the trial won't affect his chances of winning.
