Funeral arrangements are set for Gates firefighter Joe Manuse.
Calling hours are Monday from 3 until 8 p.m. at the DiPonzio Funeral Home at 219 Spencerport Road.
The funeral is Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Theodore's Catholic Church.
Manuse died suddenly over the weekend after a reaction to a bee sting.
He led community outreach and fire prevention education programs for the department, and most recently was the department's Public Information Officer.
