Dealer Involved In Drug Trafficking Organization Pleads Guilty

Federal prosecutors say a Rochester man has pleaded guilty in court to conspiracy to traffic fentanyl and cocaine. They say 32-year-old Rayshawn Mullins will be sentenced on November 14th.

Mullins was a member of a Rochester drug trafficking organization headed by co-defendant Jose Casado. They distributed large amounts of drugs out of houses on Clifford Avenue and Treyer Street from December 2017 until they were raided in March. Mullins is one of seven defendants charged in this case.
