Rochester police say no one was hurt when an officer fired a shot during a foot chase.
Chief La'Ron Singletary says it happened after a citizen reported seeing three males -- including one with a gun -- on State Street. As the males took off, an officer saw one wave a gun and the officer fired a shot.
Two other officers took the person into custody a couple blocks away. A second person also was taken into custody. The third is still at-large.
