New York State Won't Legalize Sale of Marijuana This Year

New York State won't legalize the sale of marijuana this year.

The sponsor says the bill is dead and will have to wait until next year.

The debate on the sale of marijuana got hung up -- in part -- on what would be done with the tax revenue, and how licenses for dispensaries would be awarded.
