Plea Agreement to be Presented in Fatal Hilton Crash

There could be a plea deal in the head-on crash last June that killed a Hilton High School senior just days before graduation. A prosecutor says the agreement could be presented to a judge before the end of the month. Brianna Scarpulla is charged with second-degree manslaughter and assault in the crash in Greece that killed her friend, Paige Smith. Police said Scarpulla was speeding on Latta Road when she lost control of her car, crossed the center lane and hit an SUV. Scarpulla was injured.
