A Livingston County man is in custody on child porn charges.
New York State Police say 33-year-old Peter Liptak was arrested yesterday after a search of his home turned up child pornography.
He has been charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child, and possessing a sexual performance by a child. He is being held in the Livingston County Jail on $10,000 cash bail.
