Former Batavia Nursing Home Owner Sentenced for Theft and Tax Charges

A man who owned a nursing home in Batavia will serve 18 months behind bars on federal bank theft and tax charges.

Marc Korn owned the Batavia Nursing Home and admitted that he failed to pay employment taxes and made false statements when he financed the nursing home.

As part of his sentence, he was ordered to pay more than $2.5 million in restitution.
