The Monroe County DA’s office says 31-year-old Michael Sheppard pled guilty yesterday to aggravated sexual abuse.
He will be sentenced next month and have to register as a sex offender.
Monroe County District Attorney Sandra Doorley released a statement saying in part "Michael Sheppard violated and attacked this victim and will now spend the rest of his life as a registered sex offender."
