New York State Police are investigating a serious motorcycle crash in Williamson this afternoon.
Authorities believe the motorcyclist was on Route 104 between Town Line Road and Pound Road --when they failed to stop for a minivan ahead of them that was attempting to make a left turn.
The motorcyclist was taken to Rochester General Hospital with serious injuries. A passenger in the minivan was also taken to the hospital with non life threatening injuries and the driver of the minivan was not hurt.
Authorities say Route 104 in the area will be shut down for several hours.
