The Red Cross is assisting four people who were displaced by a fire at a Rochester duplex.
It happened yesterday afternoon at 41 Somerset Street -- between Chili and West avenues. The fire was contained to a bedroom on the second floor. But the upstairs apartment was damaged by smoke, and the downstairs unit was damaged by water.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
