Former TV reporter Rachel Barnhart is embarking on her third run for office in less than two years.
She says on Twitter she's a candidate for Congress in the 25th District and will formally launch her campaign Saturday.
Barnhart is one of four Democrats who submitted petitions to run in the June primary. She lost a primary in 2016 for a state Assembly seat, and lost the Rochester mayoral primary last September.
