New York drivers are getting a break from construction-related lane closures.
Governor Cuomo has suspended repair work on roads and bridges for the Thanksgiving holiday. Except for emergency repairs, no work will be allowed from 6 a.m. tomorrow through 6 a.m. on Monday.
Cuomo says that will open more lanes for the thousands of families traveling to see loved ones.
