Former TV anchor and defeated candidate for mayor Rachel Barnhart is announcing the formation of an issues advocacy group called Rochester For All.
She says it will focus on promoting affordable child care, better transit, and broadband access for everyone. And she says the group will also be a government watchdog -- and will issue investigative reports on public corruption.
