The Rochester man who admitted to plotting a terrorist New Year's Eve attack on a neighborhood bar wants to take back his guilty plea.
Emanuel Lutchman has filed a motion claiming he has a psychological disorder that allowed him to be "easily coerced" into pleading guilty.
He was sentenced to 20 years in federal prison on a charge he provided material support to ISIS. He obtained a machete for the planned attack at Merchants Grill.
