Man Found Guilty on All Counts In Connection With Girlfriend's Overdose Death

A Monroe County Judge has delivered guilty verdicts on all counts for a Greece man who was arrested after his girlfriend died of an overdose on Christmas Eve 2014.

Judge Christopher Ciaccio found Dominic Mineccia guilty of evidence tampering, sale and possession of heroin and endangering the couple's toddler.

Authorities say when Mineccia found Nicole Grana dead in a bathtub -- with their 16-month old son -- he put the body in his car and drove around for 45 minutes before returning home and calling 9-1-1. The heroin was laced with fentanyl.

Mineccia waived his right to have a jury hear the case.
