Candidate for mayor Rachel Barnhart says she supports making the city streets narrower in Rochester to save lives.
It's an idea she says works in other cities. She says drivers would be less prone to speed on narrow streets, reducing high-impact crashes and pedestrian deaths.
Barnhart also wants more bike lanes, curb extensions and street lighting to promote walkability and biking.
