Some changes are coming to the Rochester DMV office.
Monroe County Clerk Adam Bello announced that beginning March 15, the City Place satellite office will be open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Bello says he hopes this will help eliminate customer confusion and increase accessibility for residents. He adds that he remains committed to putting a full time, full service DMV office downtown.
