The New York State Lottery says the Powerball jackpot for Wednesday’s drawing is now $403 million.
No one matched all five numbers plus the Powerball on Saturday. Wednesday’s jackpot could grow even higher based on ticket sales.
The odds of winning the Powerball jackpot are one in 292.2 million. The popular game is played in 44 states plus Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
