Rochester N.Y.- A legal battle over Rochester's red light cameras is set for this afternoon in state Supreme Court.
Lawrence Krieger is suing the city, claiming the red light cameras violate the constitutional right to due process -- because an alleged offender can't confront his accuser. . The city, however, argues red light violations are only civil, not criminal, offenses.
As of now, 32 of these cameras are up and running in Rochester .
All told, the city plans to have 50 of these cameras in place
