Police are still searching for Marcus Freeman, A 26 year old city man they quickly identified as the suspect thanks to testimony from witnesses. The RPD says he is armed and dangerous, and should not be approached.
They say Freeman is the man who opened fire on a group of people in the 200 Block of Pullman Avenue about 10:30 Wednesday morning. Alvarez and the male victim were apparently targeted deliberately.
