Rochester, NY -- The first company to set up shop at the revamped midtown site has moved in.
Officials from Windstream Communications were joined by local law makers for the ribbon cutting of their new headquarters at the renovated Seneca building.
Windstream President and CEO Jeff Gardner says the highly trained job market in Rochester was a significant reason for the company's move to Rochester from Little Rock, Arkansas.
Windstream employs 800 in the Rochester area and will be moving 335 to the building at the corner of Main and Clinton. The company will occupy two of three floors.
