The state has reached a deal with the Seneca Indian Nation ending their long gambling dispute.
Under the deal, the state recognizes the exclusivity of Seneca casino operations in Western New York.
And the Senecas are recognizing the video slots operations at area racetracks.
Governor Cuome says the Senecas will resume payments to the state and make prorated repayments for past disputed amounts. The local governments in Buffalo, Niagara Falls and Salamanca will receive all they are owed.
