ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) _ New York state police say they stopped a 20-year-old driver on the Thruway for having windows tinted too dark only to discover he has license suspensions from 26 separate New York jurisdictions.
Troopers say they pulled over Zachary Jordan of Utica shortly before noon on Monday about 10 miles west of Albany.
Jordan was arraigned in Rotterdam town court on a felony charge of aggravated unlicensed operation. He was sent to Schenectady County Jail with bail set at $7,500. Court officials weren't available to say if he has a lawyer.
