A Greece woman has pleaded not guilty in federal court to charges that she bought guns for her neighbor a few years ago, which were later used in last December's ambush in West Webster.

24 year old Dawn Nguyen faces three charges including lying on a form when she bought a rifle and a shotgun. She allegedly then transferred the guns to William Spengler, who was not allowed to have them because he was a convicted felon.

Officials say Spengler killed himself after fatally shooting two firefighters and wounding two others.

Nguyen's lawer, Matt Parrinello, says he doesn't think his client can get a fair trial in this community.
